These terms concern the company directory and reader-review features provided by Thistle Crossing LLC. They apply to directory.thistlecrossing.com and the related directory subdomains.
An information service with a defined scope
The guide presents published company contacts and reader contributions. It does not operate a listed company's support desk, access customer accounts, book or change travel, collect payments for that company or authorize refunds. The main Thistle Crossing travel website and separate flight-search service are outside these directory terms.
Use the guide lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content, misuse forms, disrupt the service or attempt to access private submissions or administrator tools without authorization.
Rely on current company information
A listing can become outdated, and a source-check date is not a continuing guarantee. Verify important details with the original company, especially before sharing sensitive information or acting on booking and account matters.
Calling charges and transactions with another provider are governed by the relevant provider's conditions. The guide cannot decide whether a refund, booking change or other service will be available or how quickly a company will respond.
Submitting material
You must be entitled to share what you submit. Reviews must follow the review guidelines. You retain your original rights while giving the publisher non-exclusive permission to store, publish and moderate the contribution within this service.
We may reject or remove material under those rules and restrict abusive use. We do not promise publication or a particular response time. Publication does not mean that the publisher endorses a review or has verified its author's purchase.
