How a contact earns a place on the page
Last updated September 24, 2026
We organize contact information around its purpose, scope and source. A useful listing should make clear both what has been checked and what remains uncertain.
Evidence from the business itself
Company websites, official help centers and other material published by the business are our starting points. We attach source references to contact details so that readers can return to the original publication.
An inaccessible page or missing detail is not a reason to guess. If we cannot establish a telephone number, we leave it unconfirmed and may provide the official online route instead. An unrelated office or third-party number is not a substitute for a verified company contact.
What our dates and labels mean
A checked date identifies a review of the stated source. It does not mean that we called the number, reached an agent, tested every menu option or measured a queue. Checking one channel also does not confirm every other fact about a company.
Country labels, department names and hours should be read together. A headquarters address does not establish a customer-support channel, and a chat service's hours do not establish the hours of a telephone line. Published details can change between reviews.
Airline questions need the right route
A reservations page explains the published routes for booking. A change or cancellation page identifies resources for an existing trip, with refund information where available. A general reservations number is described as a dedicated refund line only if the airline says it serves that role.
Some tickets must be handled by the agency or provider that issued them. We explain that distinction where relevant. The guide does not determine fare rules, refund entitlement, change fees or seat availability.
Claims require support
Toll-free labels apply to the number and calling region stated. Your provider may still charge for mobile airtime, international calls or other services. We do not infer a shortest wait, fastest response or most-popular department from a contact's appearance on a website.
Social profiles are linked when supported by the company's own references. A profile may not accept account enquiries. Likewise, an external score for a store, app or product must be understood in that narrower context rather than as a rating of the whole company.
Corrections are part of maintaining the guide
Use Suggest a contact correction on the affected page. Identify the detail and, when possible, include a company-published source showing the change. The team reviews the submission; the form does not change a listing automatically or notify the listed company.
